You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for all Bets, Deposits, Withdrawals, and other actions taken using your account.
If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify q2889 customer support immediately. We will investigate and may temporarily suspend your account pending resolution. All Deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum Deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for specific payment methods or promotional offers.
Deposits are typically credited to your q2889 Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases, processing delays may occur due to banking system maintenance, network issues, or security reviews. You agree that all Deposits are made voluntarily using funds that you legally own and that are not derived from illegal or criminal activities. You may request a Withdrawal at any time, subject to these Terms and completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals can only be processed to Indonesian bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the same name as your q2889 Account. The minimum Withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000, and the maximum daily Withdrawal limit is Rp 100,000,000 unless your account has been approved for higher limits.
Standard Withdrawal processing time is within 5 minutes during business hours (09:00 - 21:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next available business day. All Withdrawals are subject to security reviews, and we reserve the right to delay processing for up to 72 hours if additional verification or investigation is required.
q2889 does not charge fees for Withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control and your sole responsibility. Before your first Withdrawal is processed, you must have completed KYC verification and wagered at least 1x (one times) your total Deposit amount to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the Bonus amount (or Bonus plus Deposit amount) on eligible games before the Bonus and associated winnings become withdrawable funds.
For example, a Rp 1,000,000 Bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 30,000,000 in qualifying Bets before you can withdraw Bonus-derived winnings. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute less or be excluded entirely. Bonuses typically have an expiration period (commonly 30 days from activation) within which wagering requirements must be completed. If wagering requirements are not met before expiration, the Bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Maximum bet limits apply while a Bonus is active (typically Rp 50,000 per bet); exceeding these limits may void the Bonus and associated winnings.
Any attempt to manipulate or abuse Bonuses or promotional offers is strictly prohibited. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus multiple times, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent regional restrictions, coordinating Bets with other players to guarantee outcomes, placing Bets on opposite outcomes to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other strategy designed to extract Bonus value without genuine recreational play.
We reserve the right to void Bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close accounts of any User found engaging in Bonus abuse. Our decision is final and not subject to appeal. Users suspected of bonus abuse may also be reported to industry databases to prevent abuse across multiple platforms.

In such cases, stake amounts will be returned to your account balance, but no winnings will be paid.
For sports betting (including bandar bola or football betting markets), all Bets are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant governing sports body (such as FIFA, UEFA, or the Indonesian Football Association). We rely on official statistics providers and reserve the right to correct settlement errors if official results are subsequently revised.
If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, Bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within a reasonable timeframe (typically 48 hours). Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Deposits made by you to your q2889 Account in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless q2889 and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any fraudulent, unlawful, or malicious activity conducted through your Account.
You may request to close your q2889 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receiving your closure request, we will process any pending Withdrawals, verify that no active Bonuses or wagering requirements remain incomplete, and close your Account within 7 business days. Once closed, any remaining account balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

All content on the q2889 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, user interface design, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform, is the property of q2889 or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from q2889. These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to your use of the q2889 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which q2889 is licensed to operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts located in that jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact q2889 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication with our customer service team.
If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in our licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Each party shall bear its own costs associated with arbitration.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against q2889.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the invalid provision.
No waiver by q2889 of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by q2889 to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your Account to any other person or entity without q2889's prior written consent. q2889 may assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder without restriction, including but not limited to assignments to affiliates, subsidiaries, or purchasers of substantially all of q2889's assets.
q2889 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, earthquakes, accidents, strikes, labor disputes, fuel or energy shortages, failure of telecommunications or information services, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.
